Pretty much like my previous piece but with a dragon!

..oh yeah and I drew the figure from some ref.

Oh ok, so I think I'll share what was going through my head while I did this piece, even though I'd prefer it to speak for itself.

A lava dragon would only be summoned in the rain as a desperate tactic, because one cut can lead to fatal cooling of its insides. This one of course was unlucky enough to get a cut, spelling its doom. The girl who summoned it is looking tearfully at the attacker, while tending to the wound. I'm not exactly sure why she's not wearing clothes though.

I think we are all perfectly fine that she wears no clothes

you could say its damn hot around a lava dragon. .
anyway I love the scenery and the critter, quite powerful. I would try to show her other arm though because the cut gets irritating at the shoulderarea. I first thought she grows a wing or something.
hey I think wings would fit her .3.
